The 2009 Dowdge Challenger is now underway in North America. The Dodge company says that a reported 500 of this gorgeous vehicle will be unveiling across the states very soon. There are going to be a lot of happy campers out there riding around in this sporty new head-turner.

“We can say that two [Challenger] SEs have already been delivered to buyers, and both were in Ohio,” wrote Mark Mallie, Dodge Challenger marketing manager, in a recent posting. “You’re the first on the block, the state and the nation.”

This unveiling of the next big hit since the Corvette ZR1 is going to be something the American country should be very proud about, having us the first to see this awesome ride, and the first to have it distributed out amongst the public view.

As far as performance goes we will have to wait until the official unveiling on June 17th. Subaru will more then likely market this super-wagon as a luxury alternative to traditional cross-overs and wagons. The Exiga is expect to go on the market in Japan by the end of the summer, in Europe by the end of the year and in America, well nothing has been said for the United States yet, but we can expect to see this vehicle sooner or later.

Mitsubishi has done it again! The 2009 Mitsubishi Galant takes the average sedan, and adds a sporty aurora to it, making it actually fun to drive.The first thing you’ll notice when looking at the Galant is the redesigned nose and tail. The front has a chrome grill, halogen headlights, and now fog lights. The tail has a wider rear window, redesigned taillights and a rear spoiler.

We all know that looks aren’t everything, its what’s inside that counts You can have a choice of three engines, the ES and Sport Edition have a 160–horsepower 2.4–liter MIVEC engine that gets 27 mpg on the highway. The Sport V6 ups the ante with a 230–horsepower, 250 lb.-ft, of torque, 3.8–liter V6. For you power hungry enthusiasts, the Ralliart has a 258–horsepower with 258 lb.-ft of torque, 3.8–liter MIVEC V6.

The engine and the body aren’t the only things that make a great car; you must also have a great interior. The Galant has that with is 7” touch screen navigation system. To go along with all of the goodies, you’re going to want to ride in comfort. The Sport Edition has fabric heated front seats and an 8–way power driver’s seat. The Galant also comes standard with climate control and a steering wheel with built–in audio controls.

Of course, to have a great sports sedan, you must also be safe. The Galant has anti–lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brake–force distribution (EBD). It also has dual front airbags with side impact airbags, and side front and rear curtain airbags.

The new 2009 Galant is an awesome sports sedan.

Whats better than a 405hp luxurious Maserati? A sexy and more powerful Maserati. New for 2009, Maserati is scheduled to release its most powerful street car ever. Maserati has always been know for its luxury and performance but with the release of the 2009 Maserati Gran Turismo S, Maserati now has its sights set on the likes of Ferrari and Porsche.

The S isn’t lacking in any department. Open the hood and there is a very potent 433 horsepower 4.7 V-8 growling at you, just begging for you right foot to tickle it. Take a peek through those sexy, deep gunmetal colored wheels and you will see the components that make the S version of the Gran Turismo brake comparable to its prancing horse rival. The deep black paint with the dark sinister wheels makes the S look menacing while still managing to be refined.

Dropping your right foot and tapping the gears through the steering wheel mounted shift paddles will get you to 60mph in just 4.8 seconds. Even with its 4,000lb curb weight the Gran Turismo S does not disappoint, whether at the local drag strip or the Autobahn. Standing quarter mile happens in just under 13 seconds, stretch it’s legs on the open roads in Germany and you will see a top speed of 183mph. Maserati has definitely hit the nail on the head with it’s Gran Turismo S. One thing is for sure, Germany’s best better bring something special to the table for ‘09 if they plan to keep up with the best that Alfierie Maserati’s legendary car company has to offer.

The new 2009 Ferrari GT will be the first Ferrari in history to have a mid-front mounted engine. The GT’s engine will also feature direct injection fuel system helping the 4.3l V8 engine push 460 CV or roughly 450 horsepower through a newly engineered 7-speed dual clutch transmission that will also be making a debut in this innovative new vehicle.

Ferrari is keeping with its ways when it comes to the body of this car. The GT will see a full aluminum body and chassis and possibly a composite roof. Ferrari also plans on a retractable hard top to finish off the sports car feel. In addition to sporting the classic Ferrari styling cues, the GT’s cabin has also been beautifully trimmed using quality materials by Ferrari’s own skilled artisans. New accessories and equipment, such as the seats, steering wheel, instrument panel and infotainment system ensure that this vehicle is a highly ergonomic and enjoyable car to drive regardless of whether the top is up or down.

We can expect to see this car to hit show room floors by the end of the year at the earliest. The GT will hopefully also stay on a budget, possibly entering the market with a cheaper price tag of $120,000. Ferrari says “The Ferrari California is aimed at owners who desire a car which embodies everything the Prancing Horse represents in terms of sporty design and innovation, but also seek a car with greater versatility than ever.” Ferrari, we expect none the less.
