I have, if you're going with a poweradder or high rpm make sure you get a good oil pump, either with cryo or billet gears and a deep sump oil pan and forged rods. Those are the most important things to worry about with the shortblock in my opinion.

I got the MMR street/race pump, Forged H-beams, Manley foged flat tops, clevite race rod bearings, federal mogul race main bearings, main girdle with arp studs/bolts. I have built a lot of motors but I was just wondering if the 4.6 had some specific little quirks I should iron out, like thrust bearing failures, or main seal problems?

And me. I need some money. I don't have a job right now, except for the Marine Reserves. No one is hiring.
