Thinking of Getting a BikeWith gas getting higher every day, I'm thinking of getting some kind of motorcycle as a secondary vehicle. I want something classic, like a 70's bike. I think a 300cc would be good for me. (I just want something that goes from point a to point b, and is not a scooter) I don't want spend too much for one ethier, anything under 5k would be just fine. Also, how is the insurance on 300cc motorcycles? Here is a list of what manufacturer bike I am looking for.

Just remember with the triumph the carburators are a bit tricky til the late 70's. Just like derrick said, you can get any of those for cheap. I prefer a 600 sport bike but its all preference. You can stay in that price rang even up to 90's models and some early '00 '01's

Thank for the help guys. One more Question, I really like the Triumph Bonneville, but it's 650cc and I don't know what the cost on insurance would be. Anyone know anything about this bike?

The best thing to do would be to call your agent and get a quote.
