Trouble Code Question

i just got my car back with the rebuilt bottom end and long tubes and i'm throwing a code: P1132. i did a little research and found that it's this:
Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 1. the car has been running kinda crappy since i got her back. throttle response lags by a few seconds, and sometimes she surges with no input from my foot. she's stalled on me twice, both times have been while coming to a stop. i was expecting all this, but i want to know if i should have expected this code. is this the "normal" code post- long tube install? what can i do aside from getting it tuned?

Pass side upstream O2 sensor, most likely the sensor is bad. Could be other issues but that's the likely culprit. Test or replace it.

i replaced the sensor and i noticed it was stamped with the oval ford logo, so i think it was the factory original. haven't checked for codes yet, but after i eat and shower i will...

You'll need to reset the PCM. You can do it with a handheld tuner, pulling the ECU fuse, or unplugging the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes.
