New ChallengerWho wants one? I'm seriously considering one in 2009, either 6.1 SRT8 or 5.7 R/T, both available in manual for '09.

I think they are cool cars by looks only and of course the 6.1 Hemi
 But they are to heavy and big IMO so I wouldnt get one much rather spend less and get a Termi  |

Nope. They look good, but other than that, they don't impress me.
I would rather get a GT500 for the same price as the SRT8. |

I personally like the Challenger better than the GT500, maybe just cause it's something different.

if it's a question of GT500 vs. Challenger, I would go GT500 but only because the classics are my favorite car and a new one is pretty cool.
But the Challenger is amazing in it's own right, I was granted the pleasure at seeing the concept at the L.A. auto show awhile back, and it just looked "cool". |

GT500 FTMFW would own the Challenger and looks so much better and is the same price
Seems only die hard Mopar guys and guys that have so much money and just want something different will buy the SRT8 Challenger |

The thing for me though is with hardly any money at all that GT500 will be in the 11s.

I personally think you guys are being biased. I never let bias effect my opinions. Not putting down the GT500 at ALL. Just think the Challenger is a neater package.

The way I see it, the GT500 is a better car in almost every way.
