Gonna paint my wheels, need advice.

Well I'm gonna paint my wheels grayish black, and I need a little help with the take off, put on process. I don't have a air compressor or any impact wrenches etc. How can I properly torque my wheels when I put them back on? Is there just a regular wrench I can use that is relatively inexpensive, or should I just use the wrench included with the jack and just tighten them as much as I can and take the truck to a tire shop and get them to re torque.

Ehh I just jumped on the tire iron until it didn't move anymore. All my tools are like 1000 miles away.

But what does it looks after having the repainting and using old stuffs? I think no harm done with it. You just need to think of the repainting tools and not the wrench.
