What is up with all this run your car on water...

What is up with all this run your car on water crap I keep seeing. All over the internet there are adds, including MA home, saying I saved $1000 blah.

Then when you go to all the sites praying you dont get a virus, you find out nothing about it. There are also videos on the internet of jack shiat. The most "convincing" video I have seen is a guy doing a 360 video around his taurus wagon, then filling up a half gallon at the pump??

So really what is this crap, is it a bunch of mumbo jumbo or is this actually possible. I am not interested at doing this I just want to find out some real facts.

Hydrogen generators. You can install them on your car and save on fuel. If you wanna know a bunch of details and how they work I have mad a couple and ran a lawnmower with it. I can give you the whole line if you wanna know about it.

Cool hydrogen generators. Now I that does sound familiar. Any set backs on the engine, like rust?

Not if you are just running a little bit with the gas. If you get a high concentration or run it on just hydrogen then yeas you will need stainless exhaust. They do work though if you build or get a good one.

Just like anything else. afraid of change. The government has always tried to squash anyone that has a good hydrogen car idea because in all actuality you could pull up to the ocean and fill up your car (if you are converting water to hydrogen on board) and take off. The government can't find a good way to tax water. LOL. thats why the automakers are going to the compressed hydrogen cars because then you have to go to a filling station to get compressed hydrogen and it becomes just like gas and the gov't can tax it easier. The 2 best designs are the ones the actualy burn the compressed hydrogen like gas (bmw has one in race car google it) in a combustion engine, and the ones that use the hydrogen gas (aka HHO or Browns gas) thru an onboard fuel cell that converts the gas into electricty and use that to drive an electric motor. BMW has a few hundred 7 series cars that they put hydrogen combustion motors in and handed em out in a couple big cities for people to drive. The exhaust is pure water vapor. and the exhaust of the fuel cell ones is water. The cool thing about a hydrogen combustion engine is it is the same as a gasoline combustion engine. So you can use either one.

This stuff will show you why hydrogen is most likely the fuel of the future. Water is renewable and is freakin every where. Its great for us gear heads because with some modifications we don't have to give up or high HP cars or give up racing. Going to Hydrogen shouldn't worry people, what should worry you is how well the manufacture designs the car and the hydrogen tanks so they don't rupture when you have a wreck and a leave a crater in the ground that they name after you. LOL

Exactly. But people just don't wanna try. I actualy have blue prints for a home based hydrogen generatort that will supply electricity for your house and if you drive a hybrid you could plug into it and charge the battery at home on pretty much water. Damn I shoud have went to MIT instead of OSU.
