thank you economic stymulus check you just convinced my wife to let me splurge and buy this for ma car yippe new toy. now to go get completley lost and see if i can get home hehehe

im hoping its as cool as im expecting lol. now ive seen some threads over on mm where people have cool apps on their gps for like 1/4 mile times and 0-60 times i wonder if tomtom has those

I never found the need for a GPS :dunno I can find my way around town and if I need directions ill print them off Map quest for a trip

The only need I see for having one is cross country trips wich i have never done or needed to do

But nice toy none the less

im a sucker for techno toys i have no real need for it other then something to play with. on a side note 9 out of 10 people that stop in at my work and ask for directions have a map quest direction sheet in their hands lol.

thats true lol Map quest kinda sucks but just follow signs. To be honest ive thought bout and almost bought one a few times but my roomate has one I use his if I need it wich I have only needed it once

But we went to Cedar point over the summer sure was nice to just punch in Cedar Point found where it was and gave us directions the whole way there. But that dumb bitches voice sure did get anoying I ended up yelling at her cause shes so damn anoying

i have the same one and it is tre' sweet brah. i don't go anywhere without my tomtom.

but of course i have to go to appointments all the time and it is just a pain in the @$$ to keep looking up addresses online

i actually have two tomtom's. one is incorporated in my HP Ipaq pocket PC and then my wife has the one xl in her car.

I have an application on my cell phone that does the same thing, and its only like 10 bucks a month. Dont use it much though.

I have the Casio whatever its called and I dont use it much. But when I go on long trips it is a life saver.
