Traxxas Nitro RC Cars

So my friends with entirely too much money and free time decide to lure me into their newest scheme. Seems around here the Traxxas Nitro RC cars are all the rage, so I ordered one. It's a friggen blast.

I got the T-MAXX 3.3 4x4 truck, even though I really wanted the drift car. It's even "Modded", lmao... with extended A-Arms and performance exhaust. Basically, this thing friggen flies but is pretty easy to flip when you're going 40+ mph. Really gotta get your depth perception down when it's a couple hundred feet away.

Paid $468 for it with the exhaust, Nitro fuel and a few parts I'll be breaking regularly. Lol. Anybody else got one?

man i've always wanted one of those things. why didn't you get the drift car if that's what you wanted?

Cause they were making a dirt track and I wanted to race with them.

I have a sportmaxx... I think the engine is blown on it...

but I modded it, it got the 2 speed gear...and uh... I think it's on it's third tank cause the bloody thing kept breaking...

You gotta break those things in slowly over 5 tanks, plus they come tuned really rich for the breakin and doesn't run that well.

I'm talking about the tank itself... that thing broke all the time, lol

I prolly put about 2-3 gallons of gas through the thing before the engine died.

I have an electric mazda 6 touring car. They are fun and FAST. I used to also have a 1/18th scale sprint car to race on dirt ovals. It's a good fun time.

Sorry I made a mistake, I've got the Revo 3.3... only problem I had was one of the pins came out of the flywheel while breaking it in... kept loc tit'ing it back in and it kept coming out... finally called Traxxas and they mailed a new flywheel for free. Nice guys.
